PROCEEDINGS Conference proceedings will be published in the following two ways: (a) a volume of AIP Conference Series, and (b) a bound volume of the presentation slides. Authors should select one or both of them. (a) Papers selected from those presented in the conference will be published from    American Institute of Physics (AIP) as a volume of AIP Conference Series. Authors    who wish to have their papers included in this volume should consult the organizer    of their session. The deadline for manuscript in 8.5x11 inch double column format    is November 16 and the paper will be peer reviewed. The final camera-ready    manuscript should be submitted to the conference secretariat at the conference    venue. JPY8,000 will be charged to the author    as a  partial support of the publication.    The deadline for manuscript has been extended until November 16, 2005. (b) Materials / slides presented in the conference will be published in the    proceedings issued by the organizing committee of the conference. Power    Point files of the presentation or its equivalent should be submitted to    the conference secretariat at  the conference venue.
