will be published as a book. All the speakers in the workshop are invited to contribute an article.

• Deadline of the munuscript: August 31, 2003 (please submit as early as possible)

• Instruction details of the manuscript: Word format, PDF format (LaTeX style file can be found at ftp://ftp.springer.de/pub/tex/latex/nnfm/. Although it suggests to use TEX, but Word may be accepted if it follows the page format exactly.)

• Page limit: 8-10 pages
