ELyT Lab is an international joint research laboratory, involving the following institutions : Tohoku University、INSA-Lyon、ECL and CNSR. It was established in Dec.2008. The research project consists in 5 main fields of Bioscience and Engineering(B)、Durability, Reliability in Energy and Transportation(R)、 Nano & Micro Scale Materials & Devices(M) , Flow Dynamics, Heat Transfers and Microfluidics(F) and Tribology(T). We collaborate on research at a complementary point of view, and furthermore hold workshops and summer school every year.
Institute of Fluid Science, Tohoku University (IFS) promotes the Multi network International joint research and International education program through *Liaison Office etc. IFS aims to cultivate the first-class transdisciplinary researchers specializing Flow Dynamics as an International research center.
