We have introduced a new logo to reflect ICFD’s ongoing dedication to international collaboration and scientific advancement, and to ensure it continues to be a valued and trusted presence.

"The ICFD logo consists of three elements: “Flow," representing the identity of this conference; "Hope," reflecting researches lead society into the future; and the "Brush," symbolizing academia.

To begin with, the primary design concept was a continuous, flowing form, resembling a single brushstroke. The continuity with sharp and gentle transitions expresses “Integrated Flow Dynamics,” the foundation for generating innovative scientific researches. The logotype was created with a unique personality, unconstrained by traditional typeface conventions.

Next, the identity color has been named “Hiroshige Blue,” inspired by the clear blue skies of Japan. The gradient from blue to green represents hope for the future. As the color transitions from left to right, it gradually brightens, evoking the promise of a world filled with light and hope. At the same time, the gradient also symbolizes the history of ICFD, which has contributed to the development of society and continues to evolve.

Finally, the softness and flexibility inherent in Flow Dynamics are expressed through the strokes of traditional Japanese calligraphy. This visual approach transcends traditional notions of typeface creation, embodying a spirit of research that seeks to fuse and advance across diverse fields."
