Tsinghua Univ. - IFS, Tohoku Univ. Joint Workshop was held at Beijing, China on 27th-28th Oct. about 30 people from IFS attended at this WS. From our Lab., Prof. Maruyama, Prof Komiya and I went to Beijing. Prof. Maruyama presented about current activities of our Lab., and Prof. Komiya presented about his experiments. My presentation was about the calibration system of thermometers. This was my first time of long English presentation, so I was very nervous. I was very mortified by what I could not answered to questions. I have to learn broader knowledge and English skill.

Banquet was very delicious Chinese full-course dinner. Beijing roast duck was very very very delicious.

After WS, we visit lab. and experimental room of Tshinghua Univ. Their reserch is the state of the art. They stimulated me.

After that, we went to Tiananmen and the Forbidden City. They were very magnificence.

This experience was precious for me. I thank Prof. Maruyama, Prof. Komiya and Prof. Ohta for giving me a chance and kind advice.
