Hello, I'm Okajima.

14th International Heat Transfer Conference was held in Washington DC on 9-13 Aug. This conference is held every 4 year. Prof. Maruyama, Dr. Komiya and I attended it. We had the poster presentation.

There are many sightseeing spots in Washington DC. They are located in the center of city, so it is easy to go to them by subway. We went to the Air and Space Museum, Natural History Museum and Freer Gallery. We were surprised that the scale of the museums is very large.

Prof. Maruyama found the best hamburger shop in his previous trip. The hamburger of that shop was very delicious. We enjoyed the short stay in USA.
