Hello, this is Takahiro OKABE.
I stayed in Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China from Mar. 22nd to Apr. 20th as an internship student.
Shanghai Jiao Tong University has much bigger campus than Tohoku University. It’s like a city!
During the internship, I stayed in a dormitory for foreign student. My roommate was Pakistani and so kind person!! I went to downtown for sightseeing with him.
The adviser in SJTU, Prof. Luo, was also very kind and gave me significant advice for my research. There are many students who do biomechanics in his laboratory. So the study in the internship is very interesting for me.
I conducted several experiments at two hospitals and laboratory.
For example, I observed a dissection of human body.
It was only a month stay. I could spend a greatly fulfilling time in China.
I will take advantage of this experience to try hard in the future.
