The Fee schedule at Japan local time is as follows :

Payment is acceptable only by a Credit card. Details are shown in the page after the next page.

The above fee will cover a copy of the proceedings, an abstract book, a program, beverages during the symposium, and service charge, except fees for social programs.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:To cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing of your request for a refund. No refund for any fees is available if canceled after October 1, 2003 (Japan local time).

This will cover transportation fee, excursion fee, meals, and one night accommodation fee at Ichinobo Inn. Since the Inn has no single room available, you are asked to share a tatami room with 3 or 4 persons. This is mainly because the number of rooms is limited. For couples, they are asked to pay an extra amount of money in addition to the above fee. The total amount of fee is 40,000 Yen for two persons.Only for families more than three persons, one tatami room is available at 12,000 yen for each person.
The fees for the other social programs will be announced at the end of July, 2003.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: To cancel Social Program 1, you must notify us in writing of your request for a refund. No refund for any fees is available if canceled after October 20, 2003 (Japan local time). Otherwise we will refund the fee after subtracting the cancellation charge.
The cancellation charge is as follows:
October 1, 2003 - October 19, 2003 : 500 Yen + 3% commission on Social Program1, including service charges.
