Registration Fee

The Fee schedule at Japan local time is as follows :

Payment is acceptable only by a Credit card.

The above fee will cover a copy of the proceedings, an abstract book, a program, beverages during the symposium, and service charge, except fees for social programs.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:To cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing of your request for a refund. No refund for any fees is available if canceled after November 1, 2012 (Japan local time). Otherwise we will refund the fee after subtracting the cancellation charge. The cancellation charge is as follows:
June 1, 2012 - October 30, 2012 : 500 Yen + 6% commission on Registration Fee, including service charges.

Overnight Excursion Excursion & Banquet

General Participant	~~12,000 yen~~ 6,000 yen
Student Participant	~~12,000 yen~~ 6,000 yen
Accompanying person	12,000 yen

This will cover transportation fee, excursion fee, meals, and one night accommodation fee at Sansuisou Inn. Since the Inn has no single room available, you are asked to share a tatami room with 3 or 4 persons. This is mainly because the number of rooms is limited. For couples, they are asked to pay an extra amount of money in addition to the above fee. The total amount of fee is 40,000 Yen for two persons.Only for families more than three persons, one tatami room is available at 12,000 yen for each person.
