Hello! I am Abid, PhD student of Heat Transfer Control Laboratory.

Ninth International Conference on Flow Dynamic (ICFD) was held on September 19-21 of this year. More than six hundred people, including over two hundred from abroad, gathered together. ICFD is a well-known conference in the world. I am also proud of that my supervisor, Prof. Shigenao Maruyama, was the general chairman of the conference.

Actually it was the first conference presentation experience for me. I made a poster presentation. I was worried about it, while preparing for the presentation. But, sincere atmosphere at the conference made me feel relieved. I have met a number of specialists in their field and learned quite beneficial, new matters. This encouraged me to study more for my research and my future. I am pretty sure that every attendant not only has gained great numbers of new point of views and learned new research ideas but also made very good companionships and met old friends. This was the most important part of the conference.

At the end of ICFD, I was quite sad. However, I am looking forward to attend next ICFD because I want to learn new researches, to make good companionships and to make an oral presentation to show my research outcomes.
