Title:<br \/>Cooling performance of cryogenic fine solid nitrogen particulate spray in the vitrification process<br \/><br \/>Research Summary:\u00a0<br \/>\u25cfThe cooling performance of cryogenic fine solid nitrogen spray was investigated.<br \/>\u25cfThe achievement of ultra-high heat flux cooling characteristics enabled the vitrification of cell samples using low-concentration cryoprotective solutions.<br \/>\u25cfThis technology is expected to contribute to the field of a new type of cryogenic semiconductor cleaning, freeze-drying of vaccines, and densification of renewable-origin green
