Registration

Please complete the registration and pay the participation fee by clicking the "Sign in" button.

STEP 2	Title Submission Please submit the following information via the "Sign in" button. 　Session / Paper Title / Presenter / Author(s) and Affiliation(s) / 　Keywords / Project Code (if applicable)/ Young Researcher Award (Applicant) Deadline: June 15, 2026 (Mon)
STEP 3	Paper Submission Please prepare your paper using the official template (Word or LaTeX) and submit it via the "Sign in" button. For detailed instructions (paper length, format, and template download), please refer to the "Paper Submission" section below. Deadline: July 21, 2026 (Tue)*
STEP 4	Registration Please complete the registration and pay the participation fee via the "Sign in" button. Deadline: September 7, 2026 (Mon)* (Early registration deadline: August 31, 2026 (Mon)*)
STEP 5	Banquet Registration Please pay the banquet fee via the "Sign in" button. Deadline: September 30, 2026 (Wed)*

PAPER SUBMISSION

Please download the official template and use it to prepare your paper.

■ Paper Requirements
- Paper length:
- Regular submissions: 1–4 pages (A4)
- Student session / Best Presentation Award applicants: 2–4 pages
- Format: Follow the official template (Word or LaTeX)

■ Notes
- The ICFD Secretariat will perform a basic format check and may make minor corrections if necessary.

Before submitting your paper, please review all items in the checklist below.

Young Researcher Awards

Those eligible to apply for the Young Research Award are as follows.

- 35 years old or younger as of April 1, 2026
- Must give an oral presentation
- Not presenting in OS24, OS25, or OS26
- Not serving as an organizer, session chair, or invited speaker
- Submitting a paper of at least 2 pages and no more than 4 pages
Please apply for the Young Research Award at the time of Title Submission.

Invitation Letters for Visa Application

Depending on your nationality you may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please apply for your VISA well in advance of your travel. We recommend that you contact the Japanese embassy in your home country as early as possible to inquire about the specific visa regulations regarding your country.

If you need the VISA application form, please contact ICFD Secretariat by September 30, 2026.

We are only able to issue required for visa application to participants who complete registration and full payment of registration fee.

Note that the visa refusal is no reason for refund of the registration fee.
