Introduction of
Advanced Systems Evaluation Laboratory: ASEL

Research Topic: DLC

The development of intelligent systems with sensing and actuation functions is expected to be a future key technology. One way to realize these systems is to combine functional materials and fluids. The Advanced Systems Evaluation Laboratory (ASEL) aims at clarifying the electro-magneto-thermo-fluid-mechanical behavior of the systems as well as evaluating the functions which the systems exhibit. Electromagnetic quantitative nondestructive evaluation methods are also investigated in ASEL, aiming at intelligent sensing.
