Please submit a proceedings paper of 2 to 4 pages in A4 size using the provided format via the "Sign in" button.

Young Researcher Awards

Those eligible to apply for the Young Research Award are as follows.

- 35 years old or younger as of April 1, 2025
- Giving an oral presentation
- Not presenting in OS26, OS27, or OS28
- Not serving as an organizer, session chair, or invited speaker
Please apply at the time of your Title Submission.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Deadline: July 22, 2025 (Tue) *

Please download and use the official template to prepare your paper.
The length of a paper should be 2 to 4 pages.

Please note that ICFD Secretariat will perform a basic format check
and may make minor corrections if necessary.

All participants including the audience are required to make a registration through the website.
In case you have any request or inquiries for the payment, please contact ICFD secretariat.

CANCELLATION POLICY

*Please note that we cannot comply with your request for cancellation after credit card payment.

Invitation Letters for Visa Application

Depending on your nationality you may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please apply for your VISA well in advance of your travel. We recommend that you contact the Japanese embassy in your home country as early as possible to inquire about the specific visa regulations regarding your country.

If you need the VISA application form, please contact ICFD Secretariat by September 30, 2025.

We are only able to issue required for visa application to participants who complete registration and full payment of registration fee.

Note that the visa refusal is no reason for refund of the registration fee.
