STEP 3

Paper Submission
Please prepare your proceedings paper using the official template (Word or LaTeX) and submit it via the "Sign in" button.

Paper length: 1-4 pages (A4 size)
Applicants for the Best Presentation Award for Young Researchers, as well as presenters in the student session, must submit a paper of 2-4 A4 pages.
The ICFD Secretariat will perform a basic format check and may make minor corrections if necessary.

Young Researcher Awards

Those eligible to apply for the Young Research Award are as follows.

- 35 years old or younger as of April 1, 2026
- Must give an oral presentation
- Not presenting in OS24, OS25, or OS26
- Not serving as an organizer, session chair, or invited speaker
- Submitting a paper of at least 2 pages and no more than 4 pages

Please apply for the Young Research Award at the time of Title Submission.
