Administrative System
- Strategic operations centering on the Global Operation Office (GOO)
- To reinforce the administrative effort in order to secure sufficient time for research, so that the researchers can concentrate in their own work
Research System
- Under the strong leadership of the Center's Leader, division heads collaborate with each other beyond the boundaries of their own fields to actively engage in the creation of trans-disciplinary flow dynamics fields.
- Each one of four trans-disciplinary flow dynamics fields, Informatics Flow, Reacting Flow, Nano-Flow, and Advanced Flow, is headed by its own division head, and each GCOE member belongs to one of these divisions.
- We will conduct international collaborative research through the International Joint Laboratories.

We provide various education and training programs mainly through the Multi-Stage International Network and Joint Laboratories
