2nd Liaison Office Joint Advisory Council Meeting
(December 5, 2001)

The Liaison Office Joint Advisory Council meeting took place in the Institute of Fluid Science, Tohoku University, on December 5. The Director of the Institute of Fluid Science, Prof. Tani took the chair.
Three Russian professors, Dean of Physics Faculty, Prof. Trukhin, Head of the Magnetism Division, Prof. Vedyayev, and Head of the Division of Solid State Physics, Professor A. N. Vasil'ev visited Tohoku University to attend the meeting. The followings are highlights of that visit.
