Mr.Uene(Gr. semiconductor) is supposed to give an oral presentation in International Conference on Simulation of Semiconductor Processes and Devices (SISPAD)2020.
This conference will be held from Sep 23 to Oct 26 in 2020.

SISPAD is held every year as a forum for discussing cutting-edge research results in the field of semiconductor process/device simulation. The acceptance rate of the presentations is approximately 60-70%. Mr. Uene’s presentation is adopted for the second consecutive year.
