Prof. Samukawa, AIST's Endo participate in Fluid Laboratory and Faculty Association night festival (July 5, 2017)
A regular faculty meeting was held on July 5, then a faculty meeting and night festival were held in the Fluid Laboratory. Prof. Samukawa and Mr. Endo, a cross-appointment professor, participated. Dr. Samukawa offered a toast noting that Tohoku University has been designated a national university corporation, and the role of the lab has become increasingly important. Mr. Endo also gave his greetings, speaking about the role of AIST as a bridge. In the latter part of the evening, memories of their time at Tsukuba brought great excitement, as can be seen in the photographs.
