　寒川先生は、この度、Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology B で企画されたSpecial Topics, “Neuromorphic Materials, Devices, and Processing”のGuest Editorに就任されました。

　This Special Topic Collection will feature articles dedicated to the science and technology of materials, circuits and processing that enables neuromorphic computation with topics ranging from material deposition and characterization and device fabrication to new devices and circuits.

　本特集では、ニューロモルフィック計算を可能にする材料、回路、プロセッシングの科学と技術について、材料の成膜、特性評価、デバイス製作から新しいデバイスや回路に至るまでのトピックを取り上げています。
