Optics application of III-V compound nano dot

We focus on bio-template and neutral beam etching fusion top-down process to realize nanoscale structures. We have already demonstrated optical characteristics of GaAs nanodisk and InGaAs nanodisk by phtoluminescence. Top-down fabricated nanodisks has very uniform. We can control the quantum energy by diameter and thickness of nanodisks respectively. Additionally, We have demonstrated the current injection operation of top-down fabricated quantum nanodisk light emitting diode with the active layer of GaAs/AlGaAs and InGaAs/GaAs systems. We focus on nanopillar based optoelectronic devices for laserdiode, LED, modulators, semiconductor optical amplifier and so on.
