Several large-scale events and academic conferences will take place in Sendai immediately before and during ICFD2026 (November 9–12, 2026).

As a result, hotel accommodation in Sendai is expected to be in high demand, and many hotels may become fully booked well in advance.

We strongly recommend that all ICFD2026 participants reserve their accommodation as early as possible.
