The Institute of Fluid Science, Tohoku University held the inaugural Women in Flow Dynamics event as part of the 22nd International Conference on Flow Dynamics (ICFD), which took place at the Sendai International Center from November 10 to 13, 2025.
This event welcomed all women working in the field of Flow Dynamics and aimed to provide warm and enriching environment where participants could connect, exchange ideas, and inspire one another. More than 50 participants joined us for this meaningful gathering.
