Embassy of France in Japan is holding the 1st Science Photo Contest “Subtle and Profound of Science – Beauté cachée de la science” for the purpose of shedding light on the existing Japan-France academic research cooperation through images.

Photo of ammonia flame taken by the specially appointed assistant professor Sophie Colson was selected for the 12 finalists.
