Clarivate Analytics has announced the Highly Cited Researchers 2025, and Professor Hideaki Kobayashi and Associate Professor Akihiro Hayakawa of the Institute of Fluid Science have been named to the list.

The Highly Cited Researchers list recognizes scientists and scholars whose publications rank among the top 1% most cited papers in their respective fields, as determined by Clarivate’s citation data.
Professor Kobayashi and Associate Professor Hayakawa were selected in the Engineering category.
