2021年12月9日（木）～11日（土）、台北の現地開催とオンラインとのハイブリッドにて開催された「The 12th Asia-Pacific International Symposium on the Basics and Applications of Plasma Technology (APSPT-12)」にて、生体ナノ反応流研究分野 LIU SIWEI 助教が 「Best Paper Award」を受賞しました。

題目：Modeling of spark channel of microsecond pulsed discharge in water

内容：
Applying microsecond pulsed voltage on a pair of electrodes immersed in water will induce intense discharge and may form a spark channel. In this research, the dynamics of the spark channel were successfully visualized using a high-spend camera. A numerical calculation program is developed to model the spark channel. The proposed method can provide a precise prediction of the rising edge and peak value of the shock wave.
